SPORTZhelp Inc is a not for profit organization incorporated in Queensland, Australia under the Associations Corporation Act 1981. The day to day operation of the organization is managed by a General Manager who reports to the organizations committee.

President: Nick Radich
Nick is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
He graduated with an LLB from Auckland University in 1976 and after admission as a solicitor; he practiced as a principal in a New Zealand firm until 1988 when he moved to Australia.
Nick also graduated with an LLM from Queensland University of Technology in 1993, specialising in International Banking Law.
In 1990 he founded his own law firm on the Gold Coast, Broadbent Radich Sampson Lawyers. Nick has 33 years experience in all aspects of law, particularly property financing and development, commercial disputes and corporate and personal insolvency.
Nick sold his law practice in 2005 to concentrate on private business interests. His area of involvement in public law is mainly in commercial litigation. He has appeared in all Queensland Courts, including the Court of Appeal, as well as the Federal Court and has also conducted cases in the High Court of Australia.
Nick was the president of the Kurrawa Junior Lifesaving Club for two years.
Vice President/General Manager: John Bunting C.T.B
John is a visionary and introduced the Reciprocal Trade Industry to Australia in 1989 through the establishment of the Contra Banc, Australia’s first Barter/Trade Exchange.
He was the first person living outside the U.S. to sit and pass the stringent Certified Trade Broker (C.T.B)accreditation in 1991as laid down by the International Reciprocal Trade Association.(IRTA) John also received from IRTA the Barter Ambassadors award for dedication and ongoing promotion of the industry.
John played rugby union in New Zealand for Waitemata Rugby Club, Tokoroa High School Old Boys, Waharoa United, Hauraki Plains Old Boys and was the Vice-President of the Nerang Bulls Rugby Union Club on the Gold Coast in Queensland Australia.
Secretary: John Duncan
John has an Advanced Diploma of Business and was admitted as an Associate Member of the National Institute of Accountants 1991. He is an experienced commercial accountant and has been involved in various facets of accounting and finance for more than 25 years.
John has held numerous positions and been responsible for the finance and accounting departments in the capacity of Company accountant and Financial controller.
He was on the Palm Beach Currumbin Junior Rugby Union Club committee for five years and was the secretary for two years. He also spent 7 years with Tallebudgera Surf Life Saving Club – Junior Committee.
Treasurer: John Craig
John is a an academic and experienced international corporate management professional, with an extensive array of accreditations, degrees and diplomas in mathematics, marketing, management and finance obtained through a truly international education including:
* Auckland University, New Zealand & North-Western University, Illinois, USA, Completed BA in Mathematics
* Waikato University, New Zealand, Completed Advanced Marketing Management Diploma
* London School of Economics, UK, Strategic Management Accounting Diploma
* Cambridge University, Massachusetts, Global Marketing Diploma
John has also completed over 30 various university short courses and professional development programs.
Since 2001 John has worked within the Australian banking and finance sector predominantly specializing in the property investment and mortgage lending.
His Australian financial industry certifications include an MFAA Certificate as Accredited Mortgage Broker and he is a Registered Certificate Holder under the provisions of the Property, Stock & Business Agents Act 1941.
John was captain of the Kelston Boys high School first fifteen in his school days and was also a professional boxer who contested in the heavy weight division in the U.S.A.
